We would like to introduce a case study on the implementation at Rino Stage Co., Ltd. Before the implementation, there were concerns about how to accommodate users still using feature phones. Therefore, in the preliminary announcement, we first communicated the benefits of using "Kizuku" in business, explaining that a smartphone would be necessary for that purpose. As a result, while not at 100%, the transition to new devices progressed quite closely, and we were able to achieve a good level of penetration.
